Head size: It is important to provide an accurate head measurement when placing an order to ensure the correct fit. We will not accept returns of wigs due to incorrect head size. A rewigging fee will be charged if adjustments are required because of inaccurate measurements provided by the customer.
Layered hair will be 2 to 3 inches shorter than the selected length because the strands are cut to create a layered effect. This is standard in wig production and does not constitute a fault.
Coloured hairs: There might be slight discrepancies in coloured units when recreating a specific look, as each unit is custom-coloured individually. This is a normal variation and does not constitute a fault.
